6. Hardware Warranty

BeaverPod devices come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your device for complete details.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions. BeaverPod is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeaverPod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services.
